ELECTRUM COSMETICS SHIPPING POLICY
Electrum Cosmetics ships to the continental US. Shipping is calculated at the time of check out.
Once an order has been placed, please allow 20 business days for processing because every item is hand-made. Once shipped, orders will be updated with tracking.
International Shipping: International shipping is available to those living outside of the United States. Please be aware that shipping times are still delayed due to Covid-19. Any and all import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking is provided on all orders. After the package has been delivered to the postal/carrier service, it is no longer under the control of Electrum Cosmetics. Please refer back to the tracking number provided to you for shipping updates.
SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDERED PRODUCT
Electrum Cosmetics offers pre-ordering on select merchandise. If items are listed as a pre-order, the shipping time is approximately 11 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product title or listing.
*Please note that a pre-order will not ship until on or after the designated date if it is included in the description or title of the product.
